We purchased our building in June, a somewhat derelict building in the heart of Riversdale. What seemed at first like a daunting task, we contracted Jeff Wells of Wells Construction. to help us design a space that was both functional for a growing Financial Planning office, as well as a beautiful space that we can enjoy and people will talk about. My first clinic was built over two years ago and to this day, on at least a weekly basis, someone has commented that it is the most beautiful clinic they have ever seen.

They restored some heritage pieces to really give the pharmacy that mix of old and new, which is fitting with our slogan and with pharmaceutical compounding.

Our dental office has used Wells construction on two separate occasions for office renovations.

First, we did an extensive renovation. A lot of planning was required as we renovated the office in stages so that we could remain open and functional over that time. We were impressed that Wells was able to accommodate that. They stayed on schedule and on budget. The renovation looked great and we were able to remain open for business.

Then we did another smaller renovation project with Wells. Once again, Wells did a great job. They were able to stay on schedule and we had no problems or delays. The fact that we came back to Wells for a second renovation speaks to our satisfaction with them. I would fully recommend using Wells in the future.

I highly recommend Mr. Jeff Wells as a dependable, honest and approachable builder. I was introduced to His company Wells Construction and to Mr. Jeff Wells and to his partner Mr. Trevor Stein. That was one year after I had tried to build a medical clinic in another part of this city. Without adequate knowledge about the building industry in Canada, I had lost a significant amount of money to a group of people in the building and related industry who had taken advantage of my relative ignorance.

It was with trepidation that I ventured into another attempt to build a medical clinic. On meeting Mr. Jeff Wells, I found out that he had some experience with building medical and dental clinics. He was very open and honest about detail of how the work was going to be done, his part and my part. There was no ambiguity. The shell of my medical clinic had been built by another company and Wells Construction was to build the interior. He assured me that he will be able to work with my budget and he did a good job. He completed the job on time. The previous builders of my first building attempt had said it was impossible to find anyone to build with the amount of money I had.

He took the lead in contacting the builders of the shell when he found out that the finishing of the floors was substandard. This saved me some money. He noticed that the asphalting of the car park was not done well in some areas, and just months after finishing this job parts of the car park were beginning to develop pot holes. He called in the company to come and fix this. This also saved me a hustle and money. The main door was fixed without an automatic open and close device. He made sure that this was in place. He was a good advocate ensuring that all parties were treated fairly. Mr. Jeff Wells always answered his phone or called back quickly when I left a message for him. When I needed someone to do the signage he suggested a person with good track record, good at makings signs and who charged reasonable fees.

Two years after we moved into our building, I am grateful that Mr. Jeff Wells did use quality materials. When I suggested less expensive flooring material, Mr. Jeff Wells suggested that I choose a better one because what I chose would wear out quickly. I am grateful I did that. He has kept his phone lines open for me and has availed himself on occasion to offer advice and valuable contacts. I will engage him if I go on to build in Saskatoon again. He played a great role in helping us get a beautiful medical clinic.
