Our Process
Our general contracting services are split into two main phases—design and build—to ensure the completion of your project within the budget and timeframe.
Design Phase
- Site assessment, lease review, and budget determination
- Understanding customer vision, needs, and deadlines
- Creating blueprints and drawings
- Code and engineering review
- Reviewing blueprints with the client and making changes, if any
- Application for permit
- Deciding specifications and colour coordination for flooring and fixtures
- Tender submission
- Tender review and contract signing
Build Phase
- Layout Review: Before beginning construction, we aim to ensure that the client is satisfied with the floor plans. So all walls are laid out on the floor on-site, and the client is invited for a walkthrough. This provides them with a realistic perception of the space.
- Quality/Workmanship Review During Construction: We encourage walkthroughs throughout the construction process to review the client’s needs and identify any changes/adjustments that may be required. The owner(s), project manager, and site supervisor work closely and communicate regularly during this phase.
- Handover / Deficiencies / O&M Manual: Once the construction is complete, a final walkthrough is conducted, during which deficiencies—if any—are identified and a plan to resolve them on time is put in place. The client then receives an operations & maintenance manual that includes the drawings and manuals covering the different components of the project.
